Working in collaboration with architect and interior designers Heide Hendricks and Rafe Churchill of Hendricks Churchill, VERDANT is developing a site masterplan and landscape concepts for a historic farmhouse located in the Housatonic Valley near Sharon, Connecticut. After completing restoration of this 1870 property, the residence will eventually serve as their home.

This property, resplendent with its old-growth orchards and boundary forests, will thoughtfully blend historic architectural details with modern design sensibility.
